Step 1 — Create a ticket
Go to the #start-deal channel.
Pick the cryptocurrency you want from the dropdown.
This creates a new ticket. The rest of the deal happens inside it.

Step 2 — Add the other user
After the ticket is created, read the opening disclaimer first.
Then mention the other party or paste their Discord User ID when prompted.
To copy someone’s User ID:
Right-click their profile.
Once both users are added, keep all communication and proof inside the ticket.
Step 3 — Role assignment
Once both parties are added, each must pick a role: Sender or Receiver.
As the buyer, choose Sender. You are sending payment to the escrow.
Selecting the wrong role can result in loss of funds.
Step 4 — Enter the deal amount
Enter the deal amount in USD.
Type numbers only. Example: 100 (not $100).
Both parties must confirm the amount before continuing.
State and agree on any warranties before the deal starts.
Step 5 — Select who pays the fee
If the deal is over $10, both users must agree on who covers the service fee:
Split the fee between both parties
Step 6 — Payment invoice
After all details are confirmed, the bot generates a deal summary and invoice.
The invoice includes:
The escrow wallet address
The exact crypto amount to send (priced at that moment)
Send the exact amount shown. Use Copy Details or scan the QR code on mobile.

Once the escrow receives and confirms your payment, both users are notified to proceed.
Now complete the trade with the seller and secure your goods.
Do not press Release until you’ve received what was agreed.
If the seller backs out or doesn’t deliver, click Cancel Deal to request a refund.
Both parties must confirm the cancellation.
Step 8 — Release funds
Optional: If you want your name to appear publicly in deal logs, run /setprivacy and set privacy to public.
Once the exchange is complete, press the green Release button.
Confirm the release. The escrow then sends payment to the seller.
