1) Create a ticket
Go to the #start-deal channel.
Pick the cryptocurrency from the dropdown.
This opens a new ticket for the rest of the deal.


2) Add the other user
Read the disclaimer at the top of the ticket.
Then mention the other party, or paste their User ID.
To copy a User ID in Discord:
Enable Developer Mode: Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode.
Click Copy User ID.

3) Role assignment
Selecting the wrong role can result in lost funds.
Once both users are in the ticket, each selects a role:
As the seller, select Receiver.
You receive funds from escrow after completion.

State warranties before you proceed.
Warranties must be agreed on before the deal starts.
The buyer enters the deal amount in USD.
Both parties must confirm the amount to continue.

5) Select the fee payer
If the deal is over $10, you must decide who pays the service fee.
Choose one:
Confirm your selection when prompted.

6) Payment invoice
The buyer must send the exact invoice amount.
Always verify the invoice matches what is sent.
After all details are confirmed, the bot generates:
The invoice includes:
The escrow wallet address
The exact crypto amount (calculated in real time)


When the escrow payment is received and confirmed, both parties are notified.
Deliver the agreed goods or services to the buyer.
If you cannot deliver, both users must click Cancel Deal to refund.

8) Collecting funds
Optional: show your name publicly in deal logs:
After the buyer releases funds, you will be asked for a wallet address.
Double-check coin and network before confirming.
Funds cannot be recovered if sent to the wrong address.
After you confirm a valid address, the withdrawal is processed.
The deal is then marked complete.
